Hi Bloggers and Followers,
Preparing ourselves for a team session in the Brecon beacons on
Thursday - yes, I know it is not quite as tough as Antarctica but it
is tougher than the New Forest! Obviously, not for "ice training" but
it is great for team development and to find out a little bit more
about what we are made of. The place is big enough that we can walk
for 4 days, carrying weights and pulling tyres - get tired, bored,
frustrated, cold, wet, annoyed - all those good human emotions that we
need to understand and deal with.
There will be a lot of talking too. There is so much more that we need
to know about each other - we will be sharing our Insight reports from
our work with Sports Psychologists Juliette Lloyd. And the final part
of the event is in planning the next few months and our critical sales
strategy.
